Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Puranno regarding your use of Puranno. By creating an account, accessing, or using Puranno, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Puranno is not intended for children under 13. By using Puranno, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

You must notify us promptly through the legal contact listed below if you believe your account has been compromised.

Puranno allows a family owner to create a family group, invite members by email, assign and manage shared tasks, and collaborate through comments and activity history.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including task titles, descriptions, comments, and project details. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve Puranno.

Puranno offers paid subscriptions billed to the family owner. Trial periods, pricing, and available billing intervals may be shown in-product and can change over time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and payment method updates are managed through Stripe checkout and customer portal experiences integrated in Puranno.

If payment is not active, some features may be limited until billing is restored.

You agree not to misuse Puranno. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfering with product operation, security, or availability.
• Uploading malicious code or abusive content.

Puranno, including its software, trademarks, branding, and product design, is owned by the service operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Puranno.

Puranno integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe for billing and Google OAuth for optional sign-in. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services that are outside our control.

Puranno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Puranno.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Puranno in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect Puranno, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Puranno at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of Puranno after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the operator of Puranno is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Puranno, you and the service operator agree to submit to the courts with jurisdiction over that location unless applicable law requires a different forum. These Terms do not include mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver requirements.
